A practical half-day session focused on the skills that save lives most often: adult and child CPR, AED use, recovery position, and managing a choking casualty.
Ideal for teams who want a confidence-building refresher, community groups, sports clubs, and anyone who doesn't need a full certificate but wants to know what to do. Includes a half-day attendance certificate.
Runs Fridays 13:00–17:00 at The Training Centre. Maximum 14 learners.
